Pablo Aretxabala received his Law degree from the University of Deusto, Spain, MBA from the Universidad del Pais Vasco, Spain, with expertise in leadership, team management, cultural change, and organizational transformation. His entire professional career has been linked to business management, both in the public and private sectors as well as entrepreneurship. For 10 years he has been part of Koldo Saratxaga’s team at K2K Emocionando, leading the cultural transformation of business organizations in the Basque Country. He regularly gives lectures in professional and business meetings and collaborates with universities and business schools in various training programs and postgraduate studies.
