Full Professor of the Department of Business Economics, Director of the Masters in Business Administration and Academic Director of the School of Tourism Felipe Moreno of the University of the Balearics, Spain. His research focuses on strategic and quality management with a special interest in new organizational paradigms and how to build organizations more conscious, humane, and socially responsible. He defines himself as a change agent that helps individuals and organizations in their integral development and transformation towards higher levels of consciousness. He is the author of a pioneer integral theory of management (3D-Management) and the founder and leader of the 3D Management Club of Conscious Organizations, Spain.
