Marcella De Martino Conference Vice President

Marcella De Martino is Researcher at IRISS (Naples, Italy) since 2006. Her research interests include service innovation; inter-organizational collaboration and business network; competitiveness of SMEs; supply chains and complex systems; also acting as European Expert on “Competitiveness and Innovation in Seaports”. She is Assistant Editor of the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management and also reviews papers for International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management; Maritime Policy and Management; International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management; Transport Review. She has published in top-tier international and national journals and is co-editors, with Noel Scott and Mathilda Van Niekerk, of the first t-forum book, Knowledge Transfer to and within Tourism: Academic, Industry and Government Bridges (Emerald). m.demartino@iriss.cnr.it
