Founding and President of World Health and Wellness Tourism Association (AMTSBE); Founder and President of Portuguese Health and Wellness Tourism Association; Professor of health and wellness tourism in ESGHT, Algarve University; has published seven books in education, three in health and wellness tourism, along with several articles; has delivered conference talks in Europe, Brazil, Africa, Asia, Caribbean countries (Cuba, Jamaica), Macaronesia (Cabo Verde and Madeira), and Mauritius; visiting professor of universities in Portugal, Brazil, and Spain and in Health Higher School of Piaget Institute of Silves. A graduate of agronomy and sociology, with a Master degree from Boston University, he is Dean Professor of Polytechnic, University of Algarve, Portugal.
