António Lúcio Baptista is AMTSBE Vice-President of the Board of Directors. He graduated in medicine; worked in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery of the teaching hospitals of the University of Witswatersrand in Johannesburg; consultant for the international platform Fibrenamics at the Minho University; published several scientific papers, recently published Innovation for Change; participated in many national and international conferences; founder and President Emeritus of ALTEC (Association of Laser Therapy and Allied Technologies); Board Member of the ELA (European Laser Association); founder and CEO of Iberia Advanced Health Care. He is  a medical doctor, specialist in cardiothoracic surgery in Hospital da Luz Oporto; MEA Clinic, Lisbon; Consultant of the internacional plataform Fibrenamics, Minho University, Portugal.
